Property Listing Expiry Policy

Listings stay fresh and relevant with scheduled clean-ups.

Property listings on 36 Broking Hub are automatically deleted after 12 months from the date of publishing to maintain accurate marketplace data.

  • This expiry rule applies to all account categories, including individual, builder, buyer, owner, and broker profiles.
  • Users are responsible for renewing, reposting, or backing up listings before the one-year period ends.
  • Once a listing is removed, 36 Broking Hub is not liable for any data loss, leads, or history linked to that entry.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to resolve requests quickly while maintaining fairness for customers and vendors.

Payments made for marketing services, subscriptions, or any premium feature are confirmed once the bank or payment gateway marks the transaction successful. Please review the following points carefully before making a payment:

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, it is strictly non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be issued only if 36 Broking Hub, at its sole discretion, decides that exceptional circumstances warrant it.
  • Users cannot demand or claim a refund on their own, including for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any user error.
  • Any refund decision—including the amount and timing—remains entirely with 36 Broking Hub and will be final.
